"Once boiler stopped working while taking a shower. It reminded us summertime in Russia when hot water is off for a week, but we know how to act :) Might be just unluck, because it was one time issue. However it never disappointed our stay, it’s 10/10."

"Corinne was super friendly and useful when giving us the keys and showing us the apartment. The location was superb in one of the main streets full of bars, shops and restaurants. Despite of that, windows isolation was so good that you couldn’t hear anything from outside even when people were eating, drinking and enjoying life. The apartment has everything we needed: coffee maker, oven, fridge, toaster… it was beautifully decorated and cozy."

"Die Lage ist sehr zentral, man ist gleich an der Hauptgasse mit allen Restaurants, dem Markt und neben dem grössten Platz (alles autofrei). Somit ist es zwar eher laut, aber man fühlt die Atmosphäre des schönen Städtchens! Das Appartement ist viel grösser als erwartet und top eingerichtet. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben war ein Balkon, aber das wussten wir ja. Unser Auto konnten wir problemlos im nahegelegenen Parking (Sainte-Claire) parkieren. Die Vermieter haben wir nie gesehen, alles lief mit Türcode und Schlüsseltresor ab, dies aber ausgezeicnet. Auch die Infos in der Wohnung waren alle super. Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt also sehr zu empfehlen!"

"First-floor location on a old-town street hosting an outdoor farmer’s market a few days a week and packed with restaurant options was a perfect home base for attending the Annecy Animation Festival. A sort, scenic walk to the lake, the Bonlieu, and the Pathe cinema, I could pop back to the apartment to eat lunch between sessions when needed. Enjoyed the ample space and the Netflix. Appreciated that the Welkeys staff accommodated an earlier check-in when my drive from Italy took less time than I’d originally budgeted. Opening the window on Rue Saint-Claire I could enjoy the sounds of the city, or with them closed the place was silent for sleeping. Can recommend The Little Italy just twenty steps away for wood-fired pizza and the Chez Poustache ice creamery down the street in the direction of the lake."
